Training Opportunity on the Constitution and North Dakota Court System

The North Dakota Supreme Court is offering complimentary professional development training for Social Studies teachers in grades 8-12, focused on the Constitution and the North Dakota Court System. This training will take place on October 16-17, 2025.

During the training, educators will learn how to implement mock trials and moot courts to encourage inquiry-based instruction related to the Constitution and the functioning of the courts. A video with further details about this training is available here.

Participants in this training are eligible to receive one graduate credit through the University of North Dakota, with the program covering the associated fee.
