Modern Classrooms – Paid Learning Opportunity

Learn practical methods of differentiation with The Modern Classrooms Project’s Virtual Mentorship Program. With a dedicated mentor as your guide, create a complete unit using blended, self-paced, mastery-based practices. Finish the program with a clear plan to anchor class time around spending more time with students one-on-one and in small groups. Not only does this program lead to improved student outcomes, but it also makes the teaching profession more sustainable. This is a free professional development opportunity for all North Dakota educators, with a $500 stipend upon completion.

Session Dates: June 24 – July 28, 2024

Session Times: All learning is asynchronous, with optional live sessions

Location: All learning is virtual

Requirements: Participants will build a three-lesson unit using the Modern Classrooms approach. Components of the plans are submitted across five submissions in five weeks. The estimated time commitment is 25 -30 hours.
