English Learner Crash Course
September 13 - September 14
Don’t miss out on this great training for teachers, coordinators, and administrators.
There is limited time to register and reserve your rooms through the room block!
- Day 1 (September 13) will concentrate on understanding EL and Title III regulations and setting up a quality program for English learners. Recommended for Administrators and EL Coordinators.
- Day 2 (September 14) will focus on instructional strategies and resources to use in the classroom with English learners and the implementation of the new English language development (ELD) standards. This is recommended for classroom/content teachers, EL teachers, EL coordinators, and administrators.
- WIDA English Language Development Standards Framework, 2020 Edition is available for purchase on the registration page.
- The room block is only available until August 12 for the nights of September 12 and/or 13.
